About

ANDY STONE....

From being suicidal, battling severe ADHD and autism and in the grip of addiction Andy is 9 years sober and holds the Guinness World Record for the most 70.3M triathlons in a year.

In June 2022 Andy achieved 70 x 70.3M triathlons in 75 days - which is the equivalent of 4,921 miles  - the distance of London to Beijing in China. It was a brutal challenge that took an immense amount of mental resilience to keep going day after day despite the weather, injury  and fatigue setting in.

In 2025 Andy will attempt to become the first person to "officially" swim across the Atlantic. Andy believes his previous world record will give him the foundation needed to swim across the huge Atlantic ocean.

Battling waves, storms, sharks and other marine life, Andy will swim for 20+ miles a day, the equivalent of an English channel swim everyday for 110 days, as he covers the 2200 miles across the Atlantic Ocean.

Andy is available to book for talks or 121 mentoring at schools, colleges, universities and businesses as he shares the inspirational story of how he battled ADHD and addiction and developed his neurodiversity into a superpower to go on to achieve world records.

Feedback from students and teachers has been:

“It's like he was telling me my life story. Finally someone who understands me"

"I had students who were neurodiverse speaking about how fantastic he was, engaging with him after for more questions. I had students who would normally not stay in the hall due to their needs, staying for all the talk, some teachers even came back a second time. The teachers, then asking me throughout the day where I‘d found him"
